ZAO First Container Terminal (PKT)	Nowadays PKT is the largest container terminal of the Sea Port of St. Petersburg and leader in container handling in Russia and the Baltic Sea.
OOO Sea Fishing Port	OOO Sea Fishing Port is a company of ZAO North-Western Fishing Industrial Holding. The company leases six piers in the port of St. Petersburg.
OOO Baltamerica International	The Company renders freight forwarding services in the port of St. Petersburg.
OAO Petrolesport	OAO PETROLESPORT is one of the largest stevedoring companies of St. Petersburg. Its cargo turnover in 2003 amounted to 4.133mln tons.
OOO Aster Plus	The company provides agency services for marine and river ships in St. Petersburg ports (St. Petersburg, Lomonosov, and Kronstadt).
OOO Moby-Dick	OOO Moby-Dick is a subsidiary of Containership international company. It  was incorporated in 1997 for the project of construction of a port shopping mall in Kronstadt. The 2010 investment program will drive the cargo turnover of ferry handling complex OOO Moby-Dick to 500,000 containers per year.
OOO Baltiisky Shipbuilding Works (BSMZ)	Baltiisky Shipbuilding Works stevedoring company provides export and import cargo transhipment services. BSMZ renders all types of services at pier and in the warehouse related to temporary storage of cargoes in warehouses subject to compliance with the customs conditions.
OAO Petrolesport	Petrolesport stevedoring company is a multi-functional production and process center with core operations involving transportation, forwarding and handling of different cargoes, storage and placement of cargoes in the bonded warehouse.
Zavod Morgydrostroy	ZAO Zavod Morgidrostroy was incorporated as a result of overall restructuring of OAO Sea Port of St. Petersburg. The company operates in the area immediately adjoining piers ZhB-1, ZhB-2, and ZhB-3. ZAO Zavod Morgydrostroy handles metals, wood, and refrigerated cargoes. Production capacity:  Outdoor warehouses: 11,200m2 (site 1). Indoor warehouses: 522m2. Loaders: 12 units with lifting capacity of 1.5/2 tons. Cranes: one crane with lifting capacity of 12.5 tons  (Kirovets) and one crane with lifting capacity of 16 tons (Kirovets). Gantry crane with lifting capacity of 50 tons. Draft: 7.6m; Draft over the pontoon: from 8.4 to 8.5m
